IMPORTANT WHEN USING YOUR FOOTPAL


Please do not use metal spiked shoes when using your Footpal as this may cause damage to the top surface.

Always warm up before using the Footpal Trainer start with medium irons and short swings at first.

You have the option of changing your Footpal spikes from Metal studs to soft spikes,
depending on the type of surface you are practicing from.

Do not abuse this product only follow guide lines on how to use your Footpal, if you experience
any discomfort while using your Footpal, please discontinue and re-evaluate your routine.
